Scottish Government statutory guidance for participation requests
/SCDC facilitated a working group to co-develop the Scottish Government’s statutory guidance to accompany part 3 of the Community Empowerment Act on participation requests.
The statutory guidance goes through all the different steps of making a participation request, from ensuring you are the right type of group to make a request to completing the form.
