Francesca Lynch

Francesca’s background is in Community engagement & involvement, and she is passionate about strengthening communities, in particular, communities of theme or place that are faced with multiple challenges.
Having worked for over 20 years in the voluntary sector with Community Links (South Lanarkshire), a Community Anchor Organisation, she has extensive experience and interest in community development approaches including co-production, community-led action planning and participatory budgeting.
Outside work, Francesca is often found dancing salsa in various spots around the central belt and also likes to cook, travel and keep active.
