Mediation is a flexible and effective way of finding solutions to all sorts of conflicts and disagreements. Unlike many other ways of dealing with conflict mediation is quick, private, often free, and helps find solutions everyone can live with.
SCDC has previously worked with the Scottish Community Mediation Centre on training around managing conflicts in communities.
