What does democracy look like across the UK? The folks at the Democracy Network are looking to build that picture as a network of people and organisations working on issues of power, democracy and voice across the UK.
The hub’s UK Democracy Map is an open database of organisations, projects and campaigns working to build a better democracy, and we’ve already dropped our pin in the map, alongside a range of other Scottish organisations.
They also host the Democracy Resource Hub which provides information, insight and guidance.
During an election year, and as potential uses of participatory and democratic innovations present themselves, it’s helpful to understand more about the organisations working in this sector, and the shared learning that results.
